Online and Video Presentation Guidelines

We understand that some presenters will be unable to make the trip to conference venue to present their papers due to financial and/or health restrictions on travel. ITICAM has therefore instituted a virtual, online and video presentation system to allow the authors of accepted proposals the same publication opportunities as regular presenters. If you are interested in online, video or virtual participation for ITICAM, please send an email (iticamconferences@gmail.com) to the conference secretariat. Upon payment of the registration fee, your paper will be listed as an online, video or virtual presentation.
If you wish your paper to be published in the conference proceedings, you should prepare your full paper according to the Submission Guidelines.

Online Presentation

• Online presentation duration should be max 15 minutes.
• Online presentations should be made either in English or Turkish.
• All papers will be published in a volume of proceedings.
• Online presentations will be conducted via Zoom.

  Video Presentation

• The duration of video presentations should be max 15 minutes.
• Presentations should be uploaded to an online platform and the link to the video presentation should be sent to iticamconferences@gmail.com
• Video presentations should be done either in English or Turkish.
• All papers will be published in the volume of proceedings.

During the conference dates, we will present your video presentations at the Conference Hall (it will be announced on the ITICAM Web Site and Youtube Channel)

Attentions for Authors

Papers can be sent either in English or Turkish.

All papers should be prepared through TOJET Guidelines. According to TOJET, following the authors' information, 300-500 words abstract should be provided. The paper should be minimum 5, maximum 15 pages long including pictures and tables. All papers must be sent in both pdf and word formats.
